What’s the meaning of Holocaust?

When I made my last post: THE GUN VIOLENCE HOLOCAUST: THE FIRST 60 DAYS OF GUN VIOLENCE 2014. TWO PART SERIES (JANUARY 2014) I was called “irresponsible” and that while all the Gun Violence on our young people is a “Tragedy”? It’s not a “Holocaust”! But I beg to differ. So I decided to checkout some of the different definitions of Holocaust.
